REACH AND WASH WINDOW CLEANING
- How it Works
Get this service done thoroughly and efficiently by the experts here at Pete's Crystal Clear Cleaning. Cleaning windows by the water pole method is the latest and most safest way to clean windows.
The secret is in the water. Water that we use from day to day (tap water, spring water etc.) is full of minerals and impurities. When this water is left on glass, the water evaporates, but the minerals and impurities are left behind. However, this is where the purified water comes into it.
The water is filtered to 100% pure water. I then feed this water through our poles and onto your window using my specialised brushes.
After this we loosen the dirt on your windows with our brushes and then rinse the glass, washing off the dirt. This leaves only the pure water. That means that when the water evaporates, it leaves the windows Crystal Clear as there are no minerals or dirt left behind. Simples!!

GUTTER CLEARING
Gutters are very often neglected as something that doesn't need to be cleared, however please remember this is incorrect. Avoiding gutter cleaning can have devastating results including damp entering the property and gutters being blocked and breaking.
Did you know that if you claim on your insurance for damp issues they will check your gutters, if full they could void your claim!
We use an industrial gutter vacuum which hoovers all the gutters clear. This is then checked with a go pro camera and the pictures are shown to you!

Weather Policy for Window Cleaning
What if the forecast predicts rain...
If it is not raining it is our policy to complete the job as scheduled. If it is raining but the precipitation is light we will proceed as scheduled because rain does not affect the cleaning (see next paragraph). In the circumstance of heavy rain/snow showers or ice/high winds, we will re-schedule your appointment (usually within 2 or 3 clear days).
Does the rain make my windows dirty?
Rain does not make the windows dirty, dirt does. Dust accumulates on the outside of the glass from lawn mowers, leaf blowers, tree pollen, car exhaust and many other sources. This dust settles as a layer on the glass. When it rains, the rain drops push the dust into different patterns and after the water dries the dust remains on the glass. This is now highly visible because it is no longer spread but is sporadic throughout the pane. Clean glass will stay clean after a rain because once the rain water dries, there is nothing left behind to obscure the view.

We all live busy lives and so sometimes when we clean you may not be home. However, upon request we can inform you before you come and arrange a cash payment to be left somewhere for us to collect at your home.

Terms and conditions
As a company that provides a reliable, friendly and great service, we too have expectations from our customers. Listed below are some of our terms you accept when you join our ever expanding customer base.
1.A notification SMS or email will be sent the night before your clean. If access is required - I.e gates, garage, etc - we kindly ask these are open prior to arrival. Any access found not accessible on the day, the full clean rate will be charged.
2. Once the work has been undertaken, payment is to be made within 3 days. We appreciate at times this may not be possible due to circumstances but please communicate this with Pete.
3. We do our very best to keep to the arranged schedule with our customers, but the weather can at times can make it difficult. We do clean in all weathers, but on occasions due to extreme conditions we may need to reschedule. If this happens you will be informed.
4. For the safety and cleanliness of our team and equipment, we ask that any pet waste be cleaned from the premises prior to our arrival. If this is not addressed, we reserve the right to postpone or decline service.
5. Our team is committed to providing a friendly, polite, and professional service, and we kindly ask that this courtesy is reciprocated. In cases where this standard is not upheld, we reserve the right to discontinue services.
6. Our service includes gutter clearing only. If any underlying issues are revealed after the gutters have been cleared—such as damage or leaks—these are outside the scope of our service and will not be repaired by our team.
